1.- DEFINITIONS.
For the purposes of this PRIVACY NOTICE, the terms indicated below shall have the meanings set forth in this document, whether they are written in the singular or in the plural:
1.1. “Personal Data”: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.2. “ARCO Rights”: Right of the Holder of “Personal Data” to request from the data controller Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition regarding such data, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulation.
1.3. “LFPDPPP”: Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
1.4. “Controller”: Each entity belonging to the MENESSE CONDOS group, which, acting individually or jointly with other entities of the same group, collects “Personal Data” for processing in accordance with the purposes stated in this PRIVACY NOTICE.
1.5. “Holder”: The natural person to whom the “Personal Data” correspond.
1.6. “Transfer”: The communication of “Personal Data” within or outside the national territory, made to a person other than the “Holder” or the “controller”.
2- DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER
Since the MENESSE CONDOS group is made up of different commercial entities (legal entities), the controller is each entity belonging to the MENESSE CONDOS group, which, acting individually or jointly with other entities of the same group, collects “Personal Data” for processing in accordance with the purposes stated in this PRIVACY NOTICE. In the event that the “Holder” requires any new product or service, it will be understood that they consent to the processing of their data for the aforementioned secondary purposes and, if applicable, to transfer their “Personal Data” to third parties when necessary or convenient for the “Controller” to fulfill the obligations derived from the legal relationship between the “Holder” and the “Controller”.
4- WAYS IN WHICH WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes mentioned above, we collect your “Personal Data” in different ways:

When the “Holder” provides their “Personal Data” in person or through their proxy or legal representative.
When the “controller” obtains information through other sources of public access permitted by law (telephone or work directories, websites).
5.- “PERSONAL DATA” COLLECTED:
Identification data.- Such as: full name, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, marital status, official identification, immigration document, handwritten and electronic signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry, Unique Population Registry Code, age, activity, occupation or business sector, among others.
Contact data.- Information that allows us to maintain or get in touch with you, such as: address, email, landline, and cell phone.
Labor data.- Information concerning a natural person relative to their employment, such as: occupation; profession; position or commission; professional experience; position; business sector; business name; work address; institutional email; institutional phone; work references.
Financial or asset data.- Information concerning a natural person relative to their goods, rights, burdens, or obligations susceptible to economic valuation, such as: movable and immovable property; tax information; credit history; income and expenses; bank accounts; sureties, credit card number, security number.
We do not collect or process “Personal Data” of minors or incapacitated individuals without the express consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.

For the fulfillment of the obligations agreed with the “Holder,” the “Controller” informs you that for the transfers indicated with an asterisk (*) your consent is required. If you do not express your refusal for such transfers, we will understand that you have granted it. If the “Holder” does not authorize their personal data to be shared with the following third parties, please express your refusal by marking with an X inside the [ ]:

Your “Personal Data” will not be disclosed, shared, or transferred to other third parties without your consent, but only and exclusively to the recipients authorized by you in this section and when the LFPDPPP imposes on us the obligation to send the information we have collected to the competent authorities.
7.- VIDEO SURVEILLANCE.
For all legal purposes, it is hereby stated to you that, for your security and protection, as well as that of the personnel, our offices have video surveillance systems inside and outside. The images and sounds captured by the cameras will be used for the security of the “Holder,” as well as for monitoring and controlling physical access to its facilities.
8- HOW TO ACCESS, RECTIFY, CANCEL, OR OPPOSE THE USE AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA OR REVOKE YOUR CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
The “Holder” has the right to access and know the “Personal Data” that the “Controller” possesses and the details of the treatment and use thereof, as well as to rectify and correct them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel and delete them when it considers that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this PRIVACY NOTICE, or that they are being used for purposes not authorized by you, or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or to oppose their use.

9.- HOW TO REVOKE YOUR CONSENT FOR THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The “Holder” may revoke the consent given to the “Controller” for the processing of their “Personal Data,” if applicable. However, it is important to note that it may not always be possible to address your request or conclude the use immediately, as it may be necessary to continue processing your “Personal Data” due to a legal obligation. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that the “Controller” cannot continue providing the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.
The procedure and requirements for revoking consent are as follows:
To revoke your consent, you must prepare your request containing your full and correct name, address, email, description of what you request, and you must accompany it with a copy of an official identification; present it with the aforementioned elements to the head of our Data Protection Department at any of the following addresses:

If the “Holder” submits their request physically at the aforementioned address, it will be signed as received, and the revocation of your consent will be processed as soon as possible.
If the “Holder” submits their request via email, they must wait for confirmation of receipt within 48 hours, and the revocation of your consent will be processed as soon as possible. If confirmation is not received within the mentioned period, it will be considered as not received, and you must proceed to submit it physically at the address indicated in this procedure.
10.- USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, AND JAVASCRIPT
Our website/Internet page uses cookies, web beacons, and other technologies through which it is possible to monitor the behavior of the “Holder” as an Internet user, provide better service and user experience when browsing our website, as well as offer new products and services based on their preferences.
